I’ve had many requests to paint Christ with a smile, and I knew the moment I wanted to capture - the joy of His resurrection.

This piece holds so much meaning for me. I chose to portray Jesus holding a lamb, not only because His ultimate sacrifice replaced the need for the offering of spotless lambs, but because we are the lamb.

Each one of us.

His suffering, death, and resurrection were for you, for me, for every one of us. And I imagine that on the morning of His resurrection, knowing what His sacrifice would mean for us, He smiled.

Canvas option is a beautiful 1.25" stretched canvas
 
Framed canvas is a beautiful 1.5" stretched canvas in a white float frame (as pictured)
 
Smaller prints are mailed in a protective stay-flat envelope
 
Large prints are rolled and mailed in a heavy duty mailing tube.
