Paper Heart Card/Instructions
How to make Flower Seed Paper Hearts to go with these cards
• Tear small pieces of paper (colored or white)
• Add food coloring to warm water (not needed if using colored paper) pour over paper until it is all submerged.
• Leave paper to soak for a few hours or even overnight
• Add paper and water to a blender and blend to a pulp
• Strain water, but don’t squeeze (paper should remain damp)
• Carefully mix in the seeds of your choice
• Press into the cookie cutter shape of your choice (we used a 2in heart)
• Use an old screen, or mesh splatter screen, layered over a drying rack and towel
• Leave to dry overnight, or dry in the oven at a low heat (150-175) at 30 minute intervals until they are dry to the touch
• Print out cards, or add to your own cards with planting/watering instructions and tape on paper hearts to make the perfect gift of love ❤️
